INTRODUCTION The Christian nuclear family consists of the husband, one wife and children if any and may include house helps. The family is the basic social unit around which everything in society revolves. The church cannot be healthy when the families that make up the congregation are in disarray. Many Christian homes are far from God’s divine plan and purpose for the family. Satan has capitalized on the carelessness of many Christians to wreak havoc in the home. We need to be vigilant to stop the enemy from destroying our homes (1 Peter 5:8). God, the mastermind of marriage, has the best plan for marriage.
